Experience
Borets — Special Projects Manager, then CIO (2011–2014)
Borets is a large international manufacturer of oil-extraction equipment. I started in special projects — business analysis for product-cost optimization and an internal audit of R&D and manufacturing workflows — which led to the CIO role. As CIO I ran IT for the holding: a Microsoft AD forest of 10+ domains, 50+ remote offices, and 10,000+ domain users.
Oversun-Scalaxy — Customer Services Director (2010–2011)
Led the customer-service department of a cloud-computing (hosting) provider: 24×7 help desk, deployment and administration of customer web applications, and customer-code optimization for cloud computing.
CTI — Product Manager (2007–2009)
CTI is one of the leading Russian systems integrators in telecommunications, with a strong R&D department building software extensions for Cisco Unified Communications. As Product Manager I owned development guidelines and product marketing.
.masterhost — Call Center & Tech Support Manager, Project Manager (2005–2007)
A leading Russian shared-hosting provider, and my launch into real business. I built the contact center from zero into a 24×7 service of ~15 agents handling up to 1,000 calls a day, then took on the rest of Tech Support (~30 people). In my final months I managed new-product projects: an online store for domains and hosting, new VPS platforms, and CMS software rental.
